Addlorida sets the maximum for standard notarial acts at $10 per signature (in‑person) and $25 per act (RON). Mobile, after‑hours, rush, printing, scan‑backs, and extended travel are separate convenience fees quoted in advance. an answer to this item.
Bring your unsigned document and acceptable photo ID. All signers must appear in person (or join the RON session). If your document requires witnesses, please arrange them or request us to provide witnesses in advance.
We can’t provide legal advice, choose the notarial certificate for you, or notarize vital records (birth, death, marriage certificates). For legal questions, consult an attorney.
Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may incur a mobile/rush fee.
